Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial electrical systems — wiring, outlets, switches, panels, lighting, and fixtures.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and make terminations cleanly and to code.
- Install service upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and whole-home surge protection.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in the field.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
- Follow the National Electrical Code and local codes; pull permits when required.
- Communicate clearly with customers and keep a clean, professional job site.
- Operate a company vehicle responsibly between job sites.
What you bring
- 2+ years of hands-on electrical field experience.
- Solid working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local building codes.
- Able to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
- Comfortable with both residential and commercial work — service, installs, and troubleshooting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong communicator.
- Journeyman license a plus (or actively working toward one).
